• The items are delivered with proper care and delivery executives are trained for it.
• Once delivered please refrigerate the items immediately to retain the freshness. 
• It is advised to consume the items within 3-4 days from the time of delivery.

This freshwater fish is fatty in comparison to other slimmer fishes such as anchovies and tilapia, and it is high in protein and calcium. The Aar's distinct texture and flavour make it suitable for grilled, roasted, or curry meals.
